Using the fruits of my labor.

I now have 4 or 5 nice ripe meyer lemon fruits. I made a glass of lemonade with a fruit that was a little larger than a golf ball. The other fruits are much larger.

I have found a couple recipes for lemon bread that I plan on trying, but what about some sort of tart or pie? Does anyone have a favorite recipe they would like to share?

Andrew, I tried this recipe because I had a bunch of peel and zest. You may need to wait for next big crop! It calls for 1/3 cup of zest and 3/4 cup of lemon juice. I skipped the glaze because I thought it was overkill after drizzling the lemon syrup over the cakes. It has a really outstanding lemony flavor.
