I'll assume some sort of Chrysanthemum, but I'd like to know specs so I can look it up and PLANT IT!

I'm guessing spider mum. If you try Google's Image search, using "spider mum," you may find a photo which will help you.

The Pink "Mum-thing" is Chrysanthemum Disbud 'Pirouette.'

BTW -- Interesting screen name. I'd like to buy a vowel please.....

Try "King's Mums". Mr. King will not be dselling any plants until after the first of the year, when his new season begins. However, you can go onto his website and look at the pictures of the different types of mums. Good luck.
