Blogging - Garden in Progress

irene_dsc(5)January 17, 2013

Greetings! I know I haven't posted in a while, but have been here on and off for many years.

One of my friends has been hosting what she calls an Art in Progress Party for many years. I hadn't gone, partly because I had small children, but also because I didn't think I had anything to show. I finally went two years ago, and realized that I could easily put together a slideshow (Powerpoint) showing how I designed my garden over the years, because that really has been my Art in Progress. So, I presented at last year's party.

In the meantime, various people have been trying to get me to blog for a long time. I figured that presenting the Garden in Progress slideshow in a blog series would be a good way to ease into the process. So, I started Irene's Musings. Here's the link to the first post - I'm now on Part 7, but you should be able to find the rest through the blog. (I also talk about other things, mainly architecture related, in case you are interested.)

I'm enjoying the progress, Irene. Keep them coming, please.

Thanks, ThinMan!

If anyone wants to read the entire series in order (so far), I've added a link to help you out. I realized that it is harder to get to the early posts that give you more of the background.
