Very nice shots. That Mamm. plumosa looks like it has a wool coat to keep it warm. I particularly like your Dyckias...there's a certain elegance in those teeth.

TL I really like M. plumosa too. It's one of the few cactus you can pet and not ouch from it.
I'v been growing Dyckias for quite a few years now and have even named and registered a few of the hybrids I have made. They are a favorite of mine.

TJ I'll try to name a few. The one on left center is D. Mercury. The one below and a little to the left of the big dark red one is a hybrid I made a few years ago. It will get a name some time. It hasn't bloomed yet. The one bottom center is D. White fang. Still a young plant. I'll find other pics. that will show other plants.
