The tag isn't exactly accurate. "Propeller Jade" is usually Crassula falcata and looks nothing like your plant. Your plant looks more like the common jade C. ovata.

I don't think it's a regular jade. The leaves are wavy.

This is Crassula ovata obliqua....
Notice how the leaf-tips come to a more pronounced point.

I did see this at my Lowe's as well, though not marked down to $1. But it is not the same as the one I was looking to identify. I do agree that it is not the 'regular' Crassula ovata, and I was quite curious about it myself.
