San Francisco subsidizing rain barrels

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is currently subsidizing the cost of rain barrels to residents. The 40% discount is in conjunction with all four of the Cole Hardware locations.

It is nice that you can collect enough run off rain water, here in the high desert sometimes the rain never hits the ground.
