Anyone try cassava?

Anakaleki(z9FriendswoodTX)June 23, 2004

I didn't know whether to go to this forum or the tropicals forum, but I'd like to know how long it will take a branck cutting of cassava will take to produce enough roots to start harvesting. Thanks.

I never have grown cassava from cuttings to harvest, but I heard it generally takes 8-12 months. Hope that helps.

New starts are planted in Spring. Roots are ready by X-mas. Paul.
