HAVE: Joe-pye weed and milkweed: swamp, whorled

myotis_mn(4)May 17, 2011

I have a bunch of joe-pye weed, whorled milkweed and swamp milkweed seeds that I cold stratified over the winter and planted a bunch and have a bunch leftover. Looking for other native seed (cold stratified would be nice) Particularly looking for brown eyed susan and bergamot. (do not need purple coneflower, meadow blazing star, or ox-eye) Let me know what you have!

Hi, I am just getting into natives after gardening for most off my life, so right now, all I have are seed packets of different plants, which I am not ven sure if they are native or not. I am looking for a couple of milkweed and dwarf joe pye weed. I have some packets of statice, giant imperial larkspur, cardinal climbing vine, crystal palace lobelia, bachelor buttons, a half packet of calendula pink surprise, a half packet of regalis lupine, and nepoletano basil if you are interested. I know your post is old but if you are harvesting anything seed like that this fall, I could trade you some Lobelia Cardinalis if you have anything you want to trade.

Looking for Swamp Milkweed, Joe Pye, native Hibiscus or anything else appropriate for moderate to very wet, partial shade to almost full sun.
