robertbirder(z6b/7a DC)November 8, 2004

are the leaves of ornamental ginger (Zingiber mioga) edible? stalks? fresh? dried? once they turn yellow, is it too late to harvest them? although the plant is described as fragrant, it is not evident to me.

thanks
