October blooms

I've been bad for a long time, not posting pictures, even though i swore to myself that i'd get back into the habit. Here are a last few blooms:

Hawkeye Belle has been a lovely late-bloomer, but i think these must be flash-frozen by now!

Autumn crocus and looks like a bit of a yellow primula that has bloomed all summer:

These snaps have been there forever - maybe flash-frozen too!

This calendula is seeded from somewhere, whether it was this summer or last. It's blooming near the steps of the deck:

Aster Professor von Klippenberg - always welcome this time of year:

Lamium aureum, another favourite that has really been beautiful the past few years:

Hey, i just looked at this and saw the snapdragons. They overwintered! I had stuck them in the ground because they were blooming when i dumped their container, and they're still there this year!

Wow, I didn't realize snaps were that cold hardy. What a great surprise.

*sigh* after seeing your pictures of Hawkeye Belle, I'm really missing mine. I may have to order her again and get rid of the pink noid rose to give her a spot...

Can you believe I have two burgundy snapdragons in my flower bed? I had one last year, too.

I haven't planted snapdragons for two years =:)
