Juniperus arizonica vs Juniperus monosperma

ospreynnAugust 5, 2014

Hi guys... I have a quick question.. is it a way to tell them apart, other than looking at their berries? I would like to be able to ID them without having to look at their berries...??
Thanks for your help!!

Not that I can think of offhand, unfortunately!

They may well have different scent to the crushed needles, worth testing yourself on known specimens (with cones).
