I think that you don't have to wish for another photo...
'Emerald Midget' is aka 'Buchholz Dwarf'.
Now your next quiestion is:
Where is this one availlable?
Unfortunately I can't help you this time as I do only have a very small one in my garden without usefull scionswood yet.
Thanks to you both for your input and comments!
surely the photo on the Buchholz ia a Picea glauca 'Sanders Blue' or something similar.
Richard - if you are interested in the plant, and according to the RHS Plant Finder, Larch Cottage Nurseries in Penrith, Cumbria have it listed.

Stephen, thanks for your message. To clarify, I called into Larch Cottage last Friday on way back from Scotland and the plant I saw did not appear to be the same as the one indicated on the Buchholz site. So, if there are any more photos it would be interesting to see them.
I cannot say I know this plant but Buchholz & Buchholz is an A+ Nursery operation such as Iseli. Maybe you could send them an email Richard inquiring about the blue color in the photo?
Je vous remercie d'avoir montré cette photo. (Je suppose que vous habitez en Belgique francophone?!)
Looks quite simular to the photo of the Buchholz Nursery.
The needle colour is a more blue than from the species, maybe it's a cross with Picea glauca...
Oui,en effet j'habite en Belgique francophone.
