A couple photos ...

I thought perhaps I'd share a couple photos - I was meaning to wait until I had some lovely rose ones to include, but it has been pouring rain here for more than a week now and the heavy rains have made the rose bushes happy but the rose flowers are pouting - balling, falling, and crying :( So those may have to come a bit later.

These are from late Spring:

Mini Irises:

A classic: "Queen of the Night", still one of my favs!

"Blue Beauty" (new this year)

A shady area under the Maple Tree - Leopard's Bane, Bleeding Hearts in both white and pink, Primula, Columbine, a baby heuchera ...

A closeup of the Bleeding Heart, because it is so pretty :)

Azalea "Mandarin Lights" is new, and very small, but I love the buds --> blooms sequence:

Ah, I forgot, the Hens and Chicks that make a beautiful lining to our pathway. I love the way the light hits them:
