Flowering Tree ID Pls

Wondering if you know what kind of flowering tree this is...it is about 12 ft. tall, looks purplish-red with some green leaves leafed out. And, I think it's fragrant. A little hard to tell as there is lilac, spirea and another pink bush blooming nearby.

It's an apple tree, probably an ornamental crabapple. Maybe Konrad or one of our tree guys could guess the variety.

Wow, thank you. Yes, this tree fits the Rosybloom Crabapple images. I'll keep watching it. Perhaps I'll be able to narrow down the cultivar. Thank you again.
