Transplanting in 90+ degrees

katherine_mJune 30, 2012

I have two daylilies that really need to be moved to a better spot. They don't need to be divided yet, but it's been 100 degrees here for the last several days. It's supposed to stay in the 90's for the weekend, but I'm assuming that's still too hot for transplanting, even with lots of water and attention? Any comments would be helpful!

Why risk losing your plants when you don't have to? Wait until cooler temperatures.
