Yucca Adam's Needle

I've had this fellow for several years now but he hasn't put on a lot of growth. Are they another plant that is slow to get established? I would love to see him bloom.

I bought mine about 5 years ago. It took 2 years before it flowered. Apparently the parent plant dies after flowering but they send up 'babies'. I emailed Heritage perennials and asked them how long for the babies to flower and they said it would take anywhere from 2-5 years. This year one of them is flowering. They are not fast growers in this area. Hope this helps. Marg
