Over wintering celery and artichokes

In zone 3, can I over winter these two? Never have grown them before but this summer they have done great - now I'm wondering about over wintering. Thanks

Hmmmm that is a good question. I have never grown either, so don't know. When you find out let us know.

If overwintered, the celery would want to go to seed next spring ... are you talking about globe artichokes? ... I have never grown these ...
