What is it?

I posted this in the Weed Forum but didn't get any response, maybe someone here might be able to identify this?

I planted a Veronica "Foxy Lady" and the container had a few weeds on the sides which I thought I removed. I ended up with this mass of floppy foilage with what appears to be little white flowers, I pulled back the plant and you can see a spire from the Veronica sticking out of the ground.

Unfortunately, this looks very familiar to me. :) If I'm correct, it's common name is Poor Joe. Here's a link for you...see what you think.

Looks like Virginia Buttonweed aka Poor Joe -- diodia virginiana

It is considered a wildflower by some; weed to others. I consider it a weed or it would take over my entire garden. Easy to pull.
