Need Help - long story :)

FlaThunderOctober 10, 2013

My grandparents had grown a fig tree in Brooklyn NY for over 30 years, before we all moved out to Long Island my Mom took a cutting. She kept that tree alive (also for over 30 years) and it survived my grandparents. Sadly it has also has now survived my Mom. I brought back a few clippings (3 weeks ago) and have started to grow them in just perlite (just found this forum today). I have leaves on 4 out of the 6 of them, but my fear is I will not be able to keep the family tree alive, and I am looking for help. I will be back in NY on Oct 24th and can obtain additional clippings. My hope is that someone here may be able to help grow these cutting for me and return them to me with the hope of keeping my family tree alive. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
