I have some striped inch plant cuttings- could anyone tell me what sort of light, watering etc. they like? Thanks...

I have this, I think, and it's very easy, though does not like being too damp, and if it is, gets brown spots on the foliage. It's very hardy, able to withstand quite low temperatures. Mine was called 'Quicksilver', but from photos in books, I think they are the same plant.
