Needs more sun!! Cut it back, stick cuttings in soil, water, and it will root quickly.

If it's been in the house for very long be sure to acclimate it to outside light, meaning, a little at a time, but probably not ever full sun. Most plants will get leggy when they're reaching for the light and then will need to be cut back as well as given more light. Leggy growth, pale foliage,= not enough light. Put that in your memory book and you'll be well on your way to being an expert. And while sticking the cuttings in a glass of water is a helpful stop-gap and a good idea if they're wilted at all, it's best to get them into a good potting soil fairly quickly. Some cuttings (not coleus) will rot rather quickly in water, and water roots are different from soil roots so the poor little thing has to do it all over again if they're in water too long.
