Hi, could someone recommend a good variety of pepper plant that won't get too large, maybe mild-medium peppers? I'd like to try growing some indoors this winter. Thanks!
Sprout and grow now and move outdoors in the summer. I personally like http://www.tmseeds.com/product/444.html

Look up Hungarian Hot Wax. It is a mild-medium heat pepper, very productive but the plants don't get very large. Pick them when they are green and they don't have a lot of heat, if you wait until they are red the heat gets much higher.
