Source for pineapple plants?

olddaddy(zone 9 Florida)March 17, 2013

I'm looking for pineapple plants, spiny leaf variety like Kona Sugarloaf, Natal Queen, Pemambuco, Abakka, or Red Spanish, or others. I grew up eating home grown pineapple that made what I buy now seem pointless. Time to grow my own again.

Approximately where in Fl are you? There are a couple of nurseries that carry Pineapple.

I've always used the tops of fruit I bought. Very easy to grow and you can't beat the price lol gary
