How to root Climbing Ylang-Ylang cutting?

yaslan(8 WA state)February 20, 2010

I just received these ylang ylnag cuttings today. For now I have them under fluorescent lighting and move them outside whenever the weather permits. I've heard that getting them to root will be challenging. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions that would help me in this quest?
