F. Boliviana in Florida ?

camarillojeff(NC 7)June 21, 2006

Anyone growing this variety in FL? I plan to relocate soon to Central FL (Oviedo or Lake Mary), and have one that I grew from seed. It's still small enough to transport but I don't want to bring it just to have it die. I figure with a name like "Boliviana" it just might take some heat and humidity (some say it's from Jamaica).

I grow a couple under glass in Scotland. I would suggest that you do an internet search on Fuchsia boliviana. There is a lot of information out there.
Best wishes
