Zone 9 = What critters remove hardy fuschia ?

rustygardener(z8 TX)June 19, 2005

Much loved hardy fuschia disappeared overnight. Grew from a start. About 16" high-12"wide and covered in blooms. What critter took it in the night?

Oh dear Vicky, how awful. Sorry but I'm not familiar with bugs/critters that would do that overnight in Texas, maybe someone else can help - Kath:)

The whole plant is gone? Probably the 2-legged kind then. Around here, some folks have problems with deer eating ornamentals and landscaping plants. They always went for the new growth on our roses.
