edible Fuchsia batons

vetivert8(NI-NZ zone 9a)December 13, 2012

Apart from F excorticata - which Fuchsias have juicy tasty batons with low 'peppery-ness'?

I've read that F magellanica is quite edible. Which other species or cultivars would be suitable for harvesting for fruit?

No one has responded vetivert and I can't help you with the question. But I am interested in the word 'batons', a new one on me and I'm pleased to learn it in relation to Fuchsia berries.
