Bulbs for the summer

jbrickmMarch 29, 2010

A colleague of mine clued me on to this website called bulbsdirect.com that advertises 200 summer bulbs for ~$10 including shipping. They are shipped direct from the Netherlands.

See link

The bulbs include Poppy Anemone, Brodiaea mountain lilies,

Gladioli, Liatris and Ixia

I'd like to try them out because this appears to be a great deal. However, can anyone share their experiences with planting any of the above bulbs in Zone 7? I'm the Atlanta area.

PS: I'm not affiliated with or recommending the above site and am not even sure that I'll buy this package.

Do a google search: Dave's garden watchdog and look up the company there and you'll fine some positive and negative reviews.
