Spots on the leaves of Telosma cordata

Robert (zone 7a, Oklahoma)August 16, 2013

Came home at lunch to walk the pooch and noticed spots on lots of the leaves of my Telosma cordata. It's been an extremely wet summer (rained again last night) so I'm assuming it's a fungal disease. Anyone else ever see this? Guess it's time to break out the Neem oil! I'd hate to lose this wonderfully scented plant.
