affordable concrete planters

donna526May 10, 2009

I need a large planter for a Japanese maple. The big box stores don't carry anything large enough and sites I've found have outrageous prices. I am looking for a local manufacturer in northwest Georgia that sells to public and is reasonable.

If you don't have any luck finding a place, I did see this on DIY network. I plan (so far haven't gotten out of the planning stages!) to give this a try myself.

Here is a link that might be useful: portland cement planters

Greetings idig!

Thanks for providing this link. It's very interesting and it's something I would be willing to give a try in the very near future.

Hello! If you try it before I get around to it, I would love to know how it goes.

I am sneaking in on the GA forum, I am in AL, but I snoop over here from time to time.;-) Thanks for the greeting!
