Sommer Garden question

florah(z9 Leesburg, Fl)May 15, 2013

I am looking for a nursery that sells brugmansias and came upon Sommer Garden in Clermont. So far I have not yet received an answer from them whether I can go there directly instead of using mail order.
Is anyone familiar with this nursery? Any comments, positive or negative?
Any idea where else I could get brugmansias in Lake County?

They only have one review at that Other Gardening Website that Shall Not be Discussed here at GardenWeb. But it is a positive review.

Copied from their website" "Sommer Gardens is not set-up to be open for public visitation. Plants are sold at local plant shows and markets, via ebay, and beginning in early 2012, via our online store."

Here is a link that might be useful: Sommer link

What are you looking for. Most of what I see at plant shows around here are just boring white ones not named,
They are one of the easiest plants to start from cuttings. and by the end of the summer you will have 6' tall plants if they are in the ground .
I can offer you lots of cuttings of pink, a yellow and possibly a peach, just pay for postage.
if you want to make a drive to Orlando I also have 2 pink ones that have self rooted they are about 3 ft tall you can have.
send me an email if you would like some

Thank you for all the information. I found a nursery in Astatula that has them. I don't mind 'boring' white as long as they are nicely fragrant. My last attempt at growing them failed two winters ago. A pink variety died and never came back. They had no fragrance, so I was not too upset.
