First winter with Pachysandra, help?

Danajean37(6)January 29, 2013

I planted a new pachysandra bed this past summer and did everything I could to give it a great start. Their were plenty of new rhizomes popping up toward fall. I keep checking on the pachysandra though and although it is still green, all the plants are bent over and look weak and wilty rather than stiff like they were in the fall. Is this normal, for the snow to bend them over and lay them out?
