hollyhocks(zone 5 Ohio)

good & bad luck. I grew Snow in the Summer from starter plants. it only did super good in soil that allowed the plant to grow on my concrete sidewalk. full sun. no water since it was by my mailbox. Ohio zone 5. it didn't do well transplanted to a full/partial sun garden (w/no concrete). weird
