Bug ID

Can someone tell me what this bug is and if I should get rid of them? I have a small army in my back yard.

No clue. But sometimes you have to wonder if these bugs' parents approve the colorful tattoos they get. (However, I am looking through databases trying to find an ID for you.)

My best guess is it's related to stink bugs (poecilus)

I was thinking it looked like a Wheelbug Nymph.

It's the nymph of some bad stinkbug or sucking insect. Kill, kill, kill. If there's a small army it's time for chemical warfare. They're much easier to kill when nymphs vs. adults.
