Northern lights

I was wondering if I could grow Deschampsia Northern Lights from seed? If so, is it slow growing? and would need a source on where to buy the seed. Also is there another type or perhaps a similar grass that is easy to grow and is varigated in the same shades as northern lights?? Newbie here!!

The general answer is no. You can't grow any variegated ornamental grasses from seed, reliably.
