Can Flower Carpet and/or Drift Roses be pruned in summer/fall?

Ashlie NeevelJune 5, 2013

I am curious if it is possible to prune the Flower Carpet Roses or Drift Roses in the summer and fall if they get too big. I would like to plant them inside my neatly trimmed buxus beds and want to maintain a manicured looked. Is this possible?
