What's going on the pumpkin leaves?

acorn922July 13, 2014

I noticed some leaves on a jack-o-lantern (variety) plant have pale white arrowhead shaped splotches.
Other than that the plant looks healthy.

Please tell me what's going on.
I've never seen this before.

Thank you!
