I believe this is plumbago, its about a foot tall, late to break dormancy and it got its first flowers today. Am I correct? Have no clue what the latin name would be. the flowers are less than an inch across. BTW....this is only a quarter of what I have growing, thinking of transplanting some around the yard next spring.

Your correct. I love this plant. It's Ceratostigma plumbaginoides (Plumbago or Leadwort)

Sweet! I can't wait to see it in full bloom. Moved to this house in November and it was already planted here, so it'll be my first time to see these in bloom. I plan to transfer some of it around the burning bushes next spring, will look pretty together in the fall I think.
