Black mold on dying pumpkin flowers.

I've noticed black mold on female and male flowers once they're done blossoming.

What kind of mold is it?

Is it harmful to pollinated female flowers?

How can I get rid of it?

Blossoms rot away, this is not a problem.

I discovered this in the patch today.
The mold has spread to the pumpkin. Why is this happening?
