Can you identify this pumpkin?

Sorry for the cross post...I didn't see this forum until after I posted to name this plant. Can you identify this pumpkin? I didn't plant it on purpose. We were dumping out our guinea pig mats into the back yard and this crazy vine grew out seemingly overnight, then developed gorgeous large yellow flowers. Then these fruits developed. Some are more of a faded green like these photoed, some are more stripe-y. Will they turn orange?

If they're fading white instead of orange my guess is that will be the ripened color. Some "pumpkins" and squash are white(ish) or gray when ripe

They look like cotton candy pumpkins to me. Look it up and see the description on growth etc and see if it fits in with what you're experiencing.
