bora bora squash
I picked up one of these at a local market. Is anyone familiar with these? I googled them, and all I got was this info:
The variety is imported from Brazil into New York, where it is popular among people of Brazilian and Dominican descent.
The bora bora, a dry, flavorful squash with a very bright interior color and long shelf-life, has been very popular with Hispanic and Asian customers.
Does anyone know if this squash is a hybrid or OP?
