Sources for gourds?

niwahito(z5 IL)October 6, 2005

I want to find a good source for SEEDS for the small "ornamental" gourds, with the bright greens/yellows/stripes/spots, etc. that folks use in Autumn and Thanksgiving arrangements - thanks anybody!

See, there was something else that you wanted. I actually don't have any of those seeds but they should be easy enough to find right now. Go to the produce department of your grocery store and they probably have some of those kinds of gourds for sale. They should have plenty of seeds in them that you can dry and plant for next season. They will probably be open pollinated but you would find that with a seed trade anyway. Good luck.
Kind regards,
