Pressure canning on outdoor propane burner
I just bought a used Camp Chef EX280LW. I researched this for canning. On their website it said great for canning and I see others used their pressure canner on it so I bought it. After calling them with a question they told me that their EX60LW was better for canning (didn't say anything about canning on their website for this model). They told me not to use the pressure canner on it because it is 60k btu's per burner and you can't turn it down enough. I could have bought the EX60LW on sale for a few dollars more but because of their website I thought the other one was better. Has anybody pressure canned on the EX280LW? Should I just take my loss and buy the other one?
