Red Oranges and Satsumas. ?? recipe
So I have quite a bit of satsumas (mandarin oranges) and I have a pile of blood oranges (moro variety).
I was thinking of making a marmalade with the blood oranges and then I thought I might be able to use my mandarins as well with this. Unfortunately, I don't feel advanced enough to do anything with out a recipe.
Can I use a plain old recipe for say seville oranges marmalade and instead sub in the red oranges?
Or does some one have a great recipe that is tried and true?
I guess any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
