Insecticidal Drenching on Heliconias.

angrymoonSeptember 13, 2010

My heliconias are again under attack by the banana moth (I'm realizing these plants are hard to start) and I got word from an expert to use a Bt chemical on the soil. Although, does anyone know how to drench the soil of infected plants?

angrymoon, If instructions not on bottle, then go ask than expert,he's or hers, sugguestions the amount to use. Also how would Bt help with the promblem. If the worm borrow into the roots. would a systemic be more useful. Sorry can't be more helpful than this.
