NCHFP Pickles Question
Will be trying my hand at pickling cucumbers this year and as a totally newby to this I have a question. I noticed in the NCHFP site for "quick fresh pack dill pickles recipe", it called for 2 quarts of water and 1 1/2 cups of vinegar. Since this is less that 50/50, I was curious if that is still considered ok. I will continue researching and making sure to use a safe recipe but most of the recipes I have reviewed called for at least 50/50. Thanks for your advise. I appreciate all the great information here.
