Lower leaves

sagebrush36(6)June 21, 2008

I have two hibs. Both were planted in the same pot. One really took off and is getting nice and big. The other, I suspect got crowded out by the big one, so I transplanted her to her own pot.

The larger one has small leaves lower down the stem, while the upper leaves are large. Should I prune the small leaves or leave them be? What's best.

Both were sprouted from seed about a year ago.

Thanks,

Sagebrush
