Putting Up Spinach

Hi All,

Is pressure canning spinach worth is? Or should I just freeze it?

All depends on if you like canned spinach or not. Try a canned of commercial canned spinach if you never have. It is strictly a personal preference thing. Wife and I love it but I know many don't care for it.

The alternative is to dehydrate it. Stores that way forever and can be crumbled and added to all sorts of dishes. Great for those who think they don't like spinach. ;)

Is dehydrating spinach like making spinach chips? I have a dehydrator but it "cooks" at very low heat, spinach chips are generally baked at 300-325...

No dehydrating spinach is done at about 125-135 in the dehydrator.
