Hibiscus to Grow in Florida 9A Inverness

I am moving to Citrus Springs FL from Vero Beach Florida and wanting to plant Hibiscus that can tolerate the cold winter temps there. Can anyone tell me which to plant that will not die down to the ground when the frost comes if there is such a hibiscus. Or any other flowering bush that will add some privacy and tolerate the temps.

Suggest you asks those questions of the folks at the Extension Service office in that city's county.
