'Cricket Hill' red rosemary

rosemarydaveMay 24, 2009

I collect and grow various types of rosemary, and have learned of a red (or semi-red) variety known as "Cricket Hill", or "Portugese Red". I cannot find a source for the plant and have exhausted the internet. Does anyone have this variety and could I get some cuttings from you?

If you scroll down almost to the bottom you will find your rosemary.

They have added a lot of new ones this season.

thanks, but Papagenos has been out of it for months, and has no plans to carry it again. I spoke with them. Thanks though.

Try Well-Sweep Herb Farm. 'Portuguese Red' is listed in their catalog. No online ordering so you'll have to call to check availability.

I have been looking to replace one in my collection : 'Roman Vivace' any ideas?
